Terms of Use & User Agreement

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the terms governing the use of the game server, website, forum, shop and all related services (the "Services") offered by Vnum Teknoloji (the "Service Provider", "we") under the Regale Online brand. Every user who accesses the Services, creates an account or plays the game (the "Player", "you") declares that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.

1. Definitions

• Account: The user registration created by the Player in order to access the Services.
• Character: The virtual entity belonging to the Player within the game.
• Virtual Product: In-game items, EP/EM balances, costumes, bonuses and similar digital content.
• EP / EM: Virtual values used as the currency of the in-game shop.

2. Account Creation and Security

The information you provide to create an account must be accurate and up to date. You are personally responsible for keeping your account details (username, password, email) confidential and for all actions carried out through your account.

• A Player may open an account for personal use; selling, transferring or renting an account is prohibited.
• Persons under the age of 13 may not create an account; persons under the age of 18 may use the Services with the permission of a parent/guardian.
• If you notice that your password has been obtained by a third party, you must change it immediately and notify us.

3. Rules of Use

To ensure a fair and safe gaming environment, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using cheats, bots, macros, third-party software or exploiting game bugs.
• Harassment, insults, threats, discrimination or fraud directed at other players.
• Attacks that could harm the server, website or infrastructure (DDoS, intrusion attempts, etc.).
• Unofficial trading of virtual products/accounts for real money.
• Advertising, spamming or conducting unauthorised commercial activities.

4. Virtual Products and EP/EM

All in-game virtual products and EP/EM balances grant a right of use solely within the Regale Online services; they carry no real ownership or monetary value. Virtual products cannot be converted into cash and cannot be transferred between accounts by unofficial means. For payment and refund terms, please see the Refund Policy page.

5. Intellectual Property

The Regale Online brand, logo, web design, content and server-specific developments belong to their respective rights holders. The content may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission. Metin2 and the related original trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.

6. Sanctions

Players who act in breach of this Agreement may face a warning, temporary suspension (ban) or permanent closure of their accounts. Sanctions are imposed at the discretion of the Service Provider, and no refunds are given in cases of misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is". The Service Provider cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from maintenance, technical failures, data loss or service interruptions. Although regular backups are made, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.

8. Changes and Entry into Force

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. The current version enters into force as soon as it is published on this page. Your continued use of the Services means that you accept the current terms.
